Integrated Management System
In order to systematically deliver the highest level of products and services to our customers, Xycarb Ceramics has implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality, Environment and Safety. This Integrated Management System meets the demands of various international standards.

ISO
All of our management sites are ISO 9001 certified. Many of our customers manufacture products for the automotive industry. Therefore Xycarb has set up a Quality Management System that complies with the highes possible quality standard: ISO/TS 16949.
Our Integrated Management System also complies with the requirements of the ISO 14001 for environmental management and OHSAS 18001 for job safety.

Balanced Score Card, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing
Xycarb Ceramics monitors the performance of our organization using a Balanced Score Card. Based on our mission statement, Xycarb Ceramics defined critical success factors from:

With Lean manufacturing techniques, Xycarb eliminates waste and focuses on increasing spead and throughput. Xycarb uses design for Six Sigma in R&D projects. Complex problems are solved using the Six Sigma improvement process. Prioritizing projects is based on the impact of a project on our Balanced Score Card and the total cost of ownership concept.
